This is where we build base strength, progress you into the next phase, and make sure you’re lifting properly with monthly coaching calls.

You’ll get pushed, supported, and taught how to train with more independence — so you’re ready to move into the Membership Program after. 
03: KEEP IT
Group Membership Program
Follow long-form strength programs written and updated monthly by me.

You'll get structured training, exercise swaps, and support when you need it — through optional add-on coaching calls or live group coaching call

Lift with Shan is built on the belief that strength is the most transformative thing ANYONE can develop.  But, I'm extra passionate about helping woman over 35 find it.  Find it physically, mentally, and in every room she walks into.  

Independence first

I don’t want you dependent on me forever. I want you to understand your program, know how to train for your goals, and be able to read through the fitness bullshit.
Use me when you need me.
But know what you’re doing when you train.

I'm in it too

I’m not coaching strength from the sidelines.
I’m getting stronger in my 40s, healing my own toxic millennial body-image bullshit, and falling in love with weightlifting in real time.
I know what it feels like to be new, nervous, humbled, and still show up.
I work with a coach online and in person.  And know how hard the hard days can be.

No Diet Culture. Ever.

We talk about fueling performance, not shrinking yourself. There are no forbidden foods, no calorie obsession, no before-and-after photos as the measure of success.This is not a fat-loss brand.
Nope. We don’t do that here.
Yes, a lot of people notice changes in body composition when they train properly, eat enough, and stay consistent.
But we don’t chase the scale here.  We chase strength
